Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • New products (unopened in original packaging)
  • Slightly used products (opened or lightly used)
  • Defective items (manufacturing defects or shipping damage)

Lifetime Returns: If you’re not happy with how your book prints, ships, feels, smells, or anything in between, we’ll make it right.

Return Process

  1. Contact hello@chatbooks.com to initiate your return
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Package your item securely and attach the return label
  4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  5. Refunds processed within 10 business days after we receive your item

Return Costs

  • Return shipping: Free (we provide prepaid labels)
  • Restocking fees: None
  • International customs fees: We cover them

Countries and Policy Scope

  • This return policy applies to all countries where we sell our products, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Refunds and Currency

Refunds credited to the original payment method in USD, converted to your local currency if applicable.
